Users can become locked out of their Edhesive account after they have tried to enter the incorrect password too many times. To prevent this in the future, the user should click the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the login fields instead of attempting to guess their password. The criteria for new passwords as well as instructions on how to change the password can be found in this article.
